History

2003

G. Force (Hong Kong) Ltd was established.
Mainland First Foundry Plant - KTech Industrial Technology (Huizhou) Ltd was established in DanShui.

2004

KTech started to produce Bronze casting by Investment Casting.
Success to cast 78kg of stainless steel Pump Casing by Investment Casting.

2005

Approval by Bureau Veritas for BV Mode II Survey Scheme.
Approval by TÜV Rheinland for AD 2000-Merkblatt W0.

2006

KTech established the second Investment Casting line for Grey Iron (GG) & Ductile Iron (GGG) material.
X-Ray Laboratory was established.

2007

With the consultant service from Germany, KTech developed the material of ADI & CADI Production Capacity reached 50 tons per month.

2008

Approval by TÜV Rheinland for material GGG40.3.
New Melting Workshop & Material Testing Laboratory was built.

2009

Due to Global Economic Crisis, KTE production was reduced to 30 tons per month.
Within this year, KTE re-built our laboratory for Mechanical Testing and X-ray Inspection.

2011

KTech success to produce Ø850mm Investment Casting product with 7mm thickness.

2012

Mainland Second Foundry Plant - KTech QiuChang factory was established.

2013

Qiuchang Foundry commenced its operation in November.

2014

Participation in Valve World Expo in Dusseldorf, Germany and China Sourcing Fair in Johannesburg, South Africa.
